JCPS Free Meals Extended with more hours

Updated: Nov 1, 2020

Jefferson County Public Schools is a part of the USDA free and reduced lunch program. Over the summer months they hand out breakfast and lunches to children ages 0-18, however the grant from the USDA has been extended through December! That means until the end of school in 2020 all children 18 and under can continue to receive breakfast and lunch items, no questions asked. You do not even have to attend a JCPS school. All you have to do is either walk, bike or drive up, tell them how many children will be receiving the meals and they will hand it to you with a smile. (They even give my dog a treat)
