COSTUME CONTEST RULES:

1. Open to everyone, all ages included.

2. Come dressed as your favorite super hero, villain, monster, creation, or character!

3. There will be three categories: scariest, cutest, and most original.

4. Please be at Skyview Park by 5:45 pm to be considered a part of the contest which begins at 6 pm, but you are welcome to come as early as you want to get a good spot for the movie!

5. Contest will begin at 6 pm, with a 'monster stroll' of everyone's costumes for the audience to see.

6. This is an all-ages costume contest. Keep it fun, and PG-rated as this is a family-friendly event. The City of Jeffersontown reserves the right to not allow participants in costumes we deem inappropriate or in bad taste.

7. Very important weapons policy! Nothing that looks even remotely real. Must be plastic, foam or cardboard.

8. Entrants agree to allow City of Jeffersontown to use names, contest entries & photographs for promotional purposes.

JUDGING:

1. All participants will have their name and character announced.

2. You will need to remain throughout the contest to be eligible for a prize.

3. Participants will join in a 'monster stroll' in front of the screen to exhibit their costumes with their announcement.

4. Costume voting will be determined by audience participation, the more cheers/noise you get, the more likely you are to win!

5. Prizes to be announced the night of.

6. Remember to have fun and get your scare on!
